Öljy- ja Biopolttoaineala ry:n ja Öljyalan palvelukeskus Oy:n lakkauttamisen myötä siirtyy lämmitykseen liittyvät osiot LEY:n hallintaan. Näitä ovat mm. energiatehokkuussopimuksen Höylä IV vetovastuu, Lämmöllä-lehden julkaisu, Eurofuel:n jäsenyys ja Eurofuelin hallituksen sekä teknisen toimikunnan jäsenyydet.
